After finishing submission deadlines, proposals will not be accepted. By submitting its proposal, the participating company automatically agrees to the following conditions: 1) Only those proposals that contain all the necessary information requested as part of the competition will be considered. 2) Conducting a tender is not an obligation of the company to purchase goods or services. 3) The company reserves the right to choose the winner of the tender not based on the optimal price, but on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation of the offers (taking into account the long-term partnership relations, minimum price difference, etc.). 4) Our company reserves the right to choose several suppliers for individual positions of the tender. It is mandatory to have all the documents for the goods. 7) If the supplier refuses the delivery or the declared final price, he is fined in the amount of 10% of the amount for which the refusal was made. 8) There is an automatic extension of three minutes, which automatically begins to act 3 minutes before the end of the reduction, with each price reduction.
