Description

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has a requirement for an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Ordering Contract for Transmission Line Steel Monopole Structures subject to Economic Price Adjustment. A multiple award IDIQ is anticipated from the proposed solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make any number of awards, or no award, if it is in the Government's best interest to do so. The contract(s) will be utilized across all the agency-s regions for the duration of one (1) year with four (4) option years. The solicitation will be issued full and open, unrestricted. The applicable NAICS Code is 332312; Size Standard is 500 employees; Product Service Code is 9640. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
