Wall covering services - PURCHASE PROCESS REQUESTED THROUGH MEMORANDUM USG-107-2026 WHICH REQUIRES: TECHNICAL VISIT TO THE INSTITUTION TO CORROBORATE THE SERVICES, THE EVALUATION MEASURES CORRESPONDING TO THE WORK OF: -COMPLETE RESTORATION OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS OF ALL BUILDINGS - REPAIR OF CRACKS, CRACKS AND MICRO CRACKS - PREPARATION OF SURFACE, INCLUDING CLEANING, SCRAPING, SANDING, REPAIRING AND APPLICATION OF SEALANTS - APPLICATION OF HIGH QUALITY EXTERIOR PAINT USING COLORS AUTHORIZED BY INHGEOMIN, -CLEANING DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK AND FINAL DISPOSAL OF ALL WASTE AND MATERIALS RESULTING FROM THE WORK THE CONTRACTOR MUST SUPPLY ALL THE RESOURCES NECESSARY FOR THE CORRECT EXECUTION OF THE WORK IN THE SAME MANNER, THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO SUPPLY A QUALIFIED LABOR, TECHNICAL SUPERVISION, SCAFFOLDS, LADDERS, PLATFORMS, HARNESSES AND OTHER SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR WORK AT HEIGHT, ALL TOOLS NECESSARY FOR THE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF THE PAINT NECESSARY MATERIALS SUCH AS CEMENTOM SEALANTS, MORTARS ALL MATERIAL NECESSARY TO ENSURE A HIGH QUALITY AND DURABLE FINISH, ALL THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR CLEANING AT THE END OF THE JOB
