The government has a requirement for bird/wildlife aircraft strike hazard (bash) system and services at wake island (wi), alaska. The vendor shall provide a standalone bash radar system, support services, including management, travel, and materials for operation of the wake island bash program as well as assist the 611th pacific regional support center (prsc) in the development, implementation, operational deployment, assessment, and sustainment of the prsc's wake island bash program.
