IFC is seeking a firm (the “Consultancy”) to co-develop and deliver the Waka Mere Plus+ program, building on the success of Waka Mere Commitment to Action initiative. The Consultancy will work closely with IFC to design and implement a 12-months, outcome-focused program that includes a mix of virtual and in-person engagements focused on supporting companies to put in place policies and practices around gender and disability inclusion, strengthen their ability to attract and retain workers, build safe and respectful workplaces for all and harness the potential to increase business profitability and drive economic growth for companies and for the Solomon Islands.The Consultancy will collaborate closely with IFC to deliver a practical, hands-on, and outcome-driven program that meets the needs of the participating companies, and support them in realistically embedding inclusive practices into their operations and strategies.The contract is expected to run for approximately 16 months from September 2025 to December 2026, which includes time for onboarding and offboarding. The bulk of the execution is expected to be concentrated between October 2025 and September 2026. All program materials and deliverables must be submitted in English.Baseline survey October - November 2025Refined session plans, including topics, learning objectives, proposed speakers, and interactive activities - October 2025Delivery of at least 6-8 learning sessions - October 2025 - September 2026Final program report including qualitative and quantitative feedback - December 2026IFC is looking for an enthusiastic and engaged partner with whom to co-design and deliver this program.
