Details: Supply and construction of a new well-head for the Oxford Rural No. 1 water supply, including: · Supplying all parts required for construction. · Installing the Z8-125-09 75 kW well pump and 150mm riser pipework including securing all cables and the 32mm OD PE duct to the riser pipe. · Construction of the well head structure and all componentry. · Construction of the well head enclosure/protection. · Liaising with Nairn Electrical (nominated electrical sub-contractor) to complete all electrical and control cables as detailed on the construction drawings. · All other work indicated as per the construction drawings for the successful completion of the installation. · Testing and commissioning of the well. · Provision of as-built plans and operational and maintenance manuals for specific equipment supplied and installed by the contractor. · Clean up on completion and disestablishment from site. · Liaising with neighbouring property owners during construction.
