Tender Details
To ensure compatibility with existing products; the University intends to purchase full-wafer integrated GaN technology semiconductors from United Monolithic Semiconductors. The lab used GaN technology, GH25 from United Monolithic Semiconductors, using proprietary GaN process, for fabricating a previous version of GaN circuits. The circuits must be fabricated in the same process GH25. Changing the GaN process at this stage of the research project is not possible as it would result in a complete new circuits design, which leads to excessive delays and uncertainties about the research results therefore it is necessary to purchase from United Monolithic Semiconductors.
