This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be separately issued. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024- 05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure Carpet Cleaning Services for the United States Army Forces Career Centers as further detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
This solicitation will result in an award based on lowest price technical accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. The proposed contract will have a base year/period, and one (1) option years/period, which if exercised could extend contractperformance through 2026. There is no guarantee that any options will be exercised by the Government.
