Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) is requesting information and seeking feedback from the vendor community on the availability of Air Navigation Aid Systems (AirNAS) that is intended to replace and modernize the legacy Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) and Non-Directional Radio Beacons (NDB) for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain insight into current industry capacity and capabilities in order to help the Government of Canada (GoC) structure a procurement strategy that facilitates access, encourages competition and results in best value for Canadians. To that end, Canada requests that industry provide responses as outlined in Annex B - Questions to Industry.
