AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network posting response closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Unless specified otherwise in the tender opportunity, all required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by the response deadline time of 1400 ET . All responses submitted after 1400 ET will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) shall comprise the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to supply, deliver, maintain, clean, and repair the Building Control Systems and sensors, on an as and when required basis, in various buildings at 4 Wing RP Ops detachment Cold Lake, Alberta. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three years. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for 2 additional 1-year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.
