Description

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:

1. Re-open the solicitation for new and revised quotes;

2. Re-establish the close date to 1100 CT on 6 May 2024;

3. Remove FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (NOV 2020); and

4. Add clause to include FAR 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUB Zone Small Business Concerns (OCT 2022);

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

A drawing is referenced for this solicitation. Please keep in mind that the Contract Specialist IS NOT the person who attaches drawings for availability OR provides access/approval to JCP or in the Contract Opportunities within SAM.gov system. Attachment of drawings AND access approval may take up to 48 hours to be reviewed and approved.

It is required that the person requesting access is the person that submitted the DD2345 to JCP for approval initially as they are considered the Data Custodian. If this person is not the one requesting, your request will be denied.
