PJSC VF Ukraine (Company) invites participants to participate in the tender Selection of a supplier for the provision of services related to data processing, information placement, including of an advertising nature, on the web sites of the Telegram Ad Platform System. This tender is not considered a competition and, thus, does not impose on the Company the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. The deadline for submitting a tender offer is 17:00 (Kyiv time) 07/28/2026.
