VZ0242653: Acquisition of 30 glucometers with docking stations, including provision of service and supplies of consumables •The subject of the performance of the public order (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is the supply of 30 units of glucometers with docking stations and up to 30 units of glucometers without docking station, including service contract and consumables incl. accessories with a guarantee for quality and full operability min. 60 months with an indefinite extension. The public contract will include the installation, assembly and commissioning of the supplied equipment in operation, execution of briefing according to the relevant provisions of Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on medical devices (hereinafter referred to as Act No. 375/2022). The delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment at the client's headquarters must be carried out in accordance with applicable laws regulations of the Czech Republic and standards and according to generally binding regulations and recommended methods of the manufacturer. Part of the offer price will be the performance of PBTK (periodic safety and technical inspections) of the supplied devices for the duration of the service contract (according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll.) as well as revisions (whether prescribed by the manufacturer, domestic service organization or legal regulations) and technical (user) support and warranty service including the supply of all spare parts. If any other prescribed test is being conducted Consumables required by the supplier are always part of the execution of this inspection and therefore cannot be charged separately.
