VZ 53.26 Processing of project documentation "Promenade Dr. Martínek" The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation at the level for planning permission (DPZ) and at the level of documentation for construction implementation (DPS) for the "Dr. Martínka Promenade" event. The goal is modification of the area of ​​the site between the streets Dr. Martínka, Kašparova and Fr. Hajdy so that the area can be used as a promenade, a small square for people to meet. A desirable element should be a promenade lined with an avenue of trees with adjoining paved and unpaved areas, gazebo, fountain and public greenery. The work will be implemented for the areas called: "At Lidl", "At Venus", "Promenade area". The project documentation will be processed for each area separately, both at the level for planning permission (DPZ) and at the level of documentation for implementation of construction or part of it (DPS) The defined area will also be extended to address possible modifications of access roads or adjacent plots, if their condition requires it, or it will be necessary to solve the connection to the main project. The client requests prepare project documentation with regard to possible subsidy calls in terms of the inclusion of elements of blue-green infrastructure. The inspiration for the elaboration of the project is the architectural study from 06/2024, see attachment no. 3 of this ZD, prepared by Ing.
