The subject of the VZ is the reconstruction of the building at the address Vykov, Ddice barracks, bedroom block B, within the scope and according to the provisions of the construction documentation from 01/2025, prepared by the company JPROJEKCE s.r.o. The building rights will concern especially the interior spaces where they will be replaceable surfaces (floors, ceiling soffits, tiling, plastering) and the risers of the water and sewer lines will be replaced, windows and doors will be replaced, including the log cabin, and security doors with access control will be installed in selected areas. There will be installation systems in vmny air and cooling of individual rooms.
