Tender Details
The Netherlands is responsible for transporting the medical evacuees to the Netherlands. In that context, Eurocross B.V. was contacted. Eurocross has been asked to coordinate and arrange the required international medical transport. Eurocross B.V. has indicated to thisrequest for a fee of €190 excluding VAT per medical evacuee. This only concerns the compensation for the coordination and not the costs for the actual transport that are passed on to VWS. At the end of April 2022, the assignment was given to Eurocross under extreme urgencykt. This concerns: • transport of medical evacuees (and any accompanying person) to the Netherlands; • repatriation of medical evacuees and their escorts if transport via regular routes (IND) is not possible, or; • repatriation of deceased medical evacuees.
