The object of the acquisition is the financial administration services of the non-profit association group, excluding payroll and administration services, sales invoicing and sales ledger management, as well as the processing of purchase invoices. The financing of the parent company's operations is mainly based on to government contributions and grants, the organization has only a small amount of VAT-subject activities. Vuolle Setlementti ry owns 100% of Youth and Leisure Center Pikku-Syöte Oy, Oulu Koulutalo Oy and Vuolle Palvelut Oy. About subsidiaries the first one has handed over its business and assets in a company acquisition on 01 2024, and the company no longer has any actual operations. Oulun Koulutalo Oy is a real estate company that owns and manages the association's premises at Pikku-Iikan katu 6, Oulu. Vuolle Palvelut Oy offers individual psychotherapy services and the company's turnover in 2025 is approx. €330, 000. In addition, the service includes the minor services of Kandela Oy, which is 50% owned by the association. It is prepared annually for the association group consolidated financial statements.
