Tender Details

This task includes the preparation of an EIA and a general plan.

The general plan is prepared by modeling. In addition to the plan model, plans are also implemented in a traditional format.

The consultant's task is to draw up a general plan for highway 4 in accordance with the Act on the Transport System and RoadsRegarding the development of the section between Napapiiri and Apukka. The consultant's design task includes a statutory environmental impact assessment (EIA). In addition, the consultant's design task includes making a proposal for project evaluation and master plan approval, as well as drawing up design principles.

The task includes a master plan to the extent specified in the tender documents with all road arrangements, equipment and devices to the extent specified in the documents attached to the tender.

The planning task includes the following tasks

1. Generalstarting the plan

2. Preparation of the EIA evaluation program

3. Preparation of the EIA evaluation report

4. Supplementing the EIA evaluation report

5. Preparation of the general plan
