i. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
ii. Solicitation FA487726QA119 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and additional written solicitation will not be issued.
iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026. Included DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect as of 07 May 2026. Included DAFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect as of 16 October 2024. Finally, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) updates and R-DFARS deviations applicable to this solicitation are dated on or after 2/01/2026.
