VOLVO vehicle repair service 1. The subject of the order is the repair service of the VOLVO FL FLB2C/VP vehicle. 2.CPV code: 50114000-7 Truck repair and maintenance services 3. The proceedings will be conducted without division into parts due to the fact that the order concerns only one unit of equipment, where dividing the order into parts is unjustified. 4. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order", which constitutes an integral part of SWZ. 1. This procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure referred to in Art. 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws, item 2026, item 793) - hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp. Act. 2. Order value exceeds the EU thresholds determined pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law. 3. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 138 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law sets the deadline for submitting offers 5 days shorter than that specified in Art. 138 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, because offers are submitted in full using electronic means of communication, in the manner specified in Art. 63 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4.
