Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to Volexity Inc., 7310 Esquire CT Ste 5B, Elkridge Maryland 21075-5440 IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source is because Volexity is the only software provider capable of providing Counterintelligence Cyber Southwest Asia (CCS) with high-end cyber forensic software. It is the only entity that can properly perform implementations, upgrades, and add-on to the CCS software. Volexity Volcano Professional software interfaces seamlessly with CCS s existing forensics software packages. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 26 May 2020 at 1300 EST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC - Fort Gordon will not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
