Vocational rehabilitation report, Swedish-language service The object of the procurement is the occupational rehabilitation survey organized for the Swedish-speaking personal customers of the National Pension Service (Kela). Procurement is done nationwide. Swedish-speaking professional You can only offer a service provider's office located as follows: - In the region of Ostrobothnia province (region 1) or - no more than 30 km from the center of Turku (area 2) or - a maximum of 20 km from the center of Helsinki (area 3) The service provider must always arrange accommodation and full board according to the needs of the rehabilitated persons in accordance with the service description. The rehabilitation is carried out in accordance with the law on rehabilitation benefits and rehabilitation cash benefits of the National Pension Service 566/2005 (later KKRL or Kela Rehabilitation Act) as vocational rehabilitation according to Section 6, Section 7 and Section 7a. The rehabilitation of Kela's customers starts on January 1, 2027. Vocational rehabilitation assessment is targeted • to a customer whose illness or injury has been caused by or it is estimated that in the next few years the client's work or study ability and earning potential will be significantly weakened (KKRL § 6). • For a 16-29-year-old customer whose ability to function is substantially impaired (KKRL § 7 a).
