Detailed description of the subject of the order. Subject matter The procedure is a training service divided into two independent thematic blocks: Mobile movable platforms operation course - for a group of 4 people. MAG 135-1 welding course - for a group of 4 people. Organization of classes: Theoretical and practical part: for both training courses can take place entirely on the premises of the Cemenergy plant in Skarżysko-Kamienna (the Ordering Party provides the infrastructure and space for the classes). Exams: both a welding exam and a state exam before the Supervision Office Technical training (UDT) for platform operators can be carried out on the plant's premises. The lump-sum offer must include all costs related to the execution of the order, including: Conducting a full block of theoretical and practical classes by qualified instructors. All logistic and personnel costs of the Contractor, including the transport of trainers to the training site. Providing teaching materials for all participants. Costs of examinations (including the state examination of the Office of Technical Inspection and the examination welding) along with fees for issuing official certificates, qualifications and operator/welder books.
