Tender Details

The subject of the acquisition is the expert services of vocabulary work and the project management services related to their implementation. The procurement is primarily related to the tasks of the Institute of Health and Welfare (THL), where THL directs and implements national social and health care information management in the areas of responsibility for overall architecture, interoperability between information systems, and quantitative recording of customer and patient information and secondary use of information. The key elements of information management are concept models, defining vocabularies and terminologies as well as various data specifications (e.g. document structures, data content structures, data components, classifications and technical codes), functional specifications, regulations, instructions and manuals. Subject to acquisition are the expert services of terminological glossary work, which basically means methods and practical work, with the help of which defining glossaries and other terminological and linguistic products are produced, maintained and published. Acquisition the object is defined in more detail in appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement". The goal is for the contract period to start on August 1, 2026 at the latest. The procurement contract is valid until further notice. Assignments are ordered separately during the contract period. The anticipated value of the procurement is 80, 000-160, 000 euros (without VAT).
