Dynamic Purchasing System for In-house advisers in the environmental field The current tender concerns the creation of a dynamic purchasing system for concluding agreements on in-house consultancy for the environmental area at the Road Directorate. The dynamic procurement system is used for contracting on agreements where the Adviser must make employees available to the Client to carry out tasks at one of the Client's service locations. When the Ordering Party needs in-house consultants, the Ordering Party forwards per email an invitation to submission of offers to the companies included in the dynamic procurement system (called participants). The ordering party is not obliged to use the dynamic procurement system in connection with the procurement of services within the areas covered by the dynamic purchasing system. A more detailed description of the individual purchases will appear in the individual calls for tenders. Reference is also made to the paradigms of the dynamic purchasing system for a closer understanding of the intended tenders purchase. After admission, the company can participate in tendering for all calls for tenders, provided that the minimum requirements applicable to the specific call for tenders are met.
