The contract aims to continue with the transformation of Valencia into an intelligent city, through the computer services of an intelligent city platform (VLCI platform) and a technical office of digital transformation projects for transverse tasks of related consulting with the transformation of municipal services and infrastructure.
To do this, the hiring is divided into 2 lots, whose contractual purpose is detailed below:
Lot 1 contract purpose
Execute support activities for the actions of digital transformation projects that are They manage from the Smart City and Data Management Service, and perform the transverse consulting tasks related to the transformation of municipal services and infrastructure.
Lot 2 contract purpose
Services related to the definition, analysis, design, migration, Adaptation, implementation, deployment, operation and maintenance of an intelligent city platform and its associated services, called VLCI platform.

Services related to the definition, analysis, design, migration, adaptation, implementation,
