VIVES Framework Agreement Software broker Vives wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of various licenses and/or software to support the employees and operations within the organization of Vives University of Applied Sciences. For this the framework agreement can be concluded with multiple tendering “brokers”. After concluding the framework agreement, each partial assignment will be the subject of a mini-competition in accordance with the provisions of this assignment. Appointing a software broker must ensure that VIVES is able to purchase software quickly and efficiently and support its operational management, including renewals, updates, etc. with all administrative support (including, for example, keeping track of the inventory, license keys etc).
