The concession is the operation/provision of gastronomic services based on the operation of restaurants, buffets and provision of catering services in defined premises on the premises of the contracting authority on the street Russian in Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as the "area") in the premises:

a) Ostrava Arena (ie large multifunctionalarena),

b) multifunctional hall (ie training hall for ice sports and for any further use),

c) athletic hall,

and beyond the premises in the premises:

d) shooting range on Plzeňska street.Catering activities under the conditions set out in the concession agreement.

restaurant and catering activities will be provided primarily in connection with the events (events) held on the premises and on Plzeňska Street. The actions are in this context meant especially sports matches, public performances, conferences, concertsAnd other similar events organized in the area. The restaurant and catering activities will also include gastro services for VIP spaces and skyboxes. The contracting authority assumes certain restrictions on the offered assortment, especially beers, non -alcoholic beverages, ice creams and possibly sausages (with regard toMarketing activities of the contracting authority - eg guaranteed exclusivity for certain brands), with these limits to be discussed with the participants in the meeting phase.Phase one ...
