The storytelling process has already been implemented earlier in the project stage, and the goal of this assignment is to take the work to the next stage: visualizing the story to support the implementation of the story into practical use. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is given in Appendix 1. The procurement is implemented as part of Sustainable business operations measures of the Narikalla project. The main implementer of the project is the municipality of Kittilä, Kideve Elinkeinopalvelut. The project receives EU funding (JTF) and the North Ostrobothnia ELY Center acts as the grantor and responsible authority.
