Description : The intent of this RFI is for information gathering and exploration of what is in the marketplace for an external Virtual Assistant Services (“Services). ATB would like to identify what virtual assistant application options are available and that would best suit ATB-s needs as an organization and help to alleviate current pain points. While pricing is important, there are many other qualitative elements and complexities that are creating challenges for ATB-s Customer Experience Team. ATB is looking for a service provider that can meet our key business requirements for the following areas: 1. External chatbot application that assists our customers with answering questions related to: - Retail Banking - Business Banking - Wealth Services - Advisory and Recommendations 2. Conversational chat functionality that incorporates/embodies Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning modeling and recommendations. 3. Ability to house and/or access all data provided from the chatbot. 4. Extensive API understanding to provide flexibility in connecting with multiple systems ranging from Google Cloud, SAP, and Genesys.
