The Department of Veterans Affairs, 113 Comanche Rd, Fort Meade, SD 57741 and 500 N 5th St, Hot Springs, SD 57747 (service to take place within MEADE and FALL RIVER COUNTY) acquiring a virtual training simulator to assist with use of force training for VA Police officers. A need exists for new and updated training. The virtual training simulator will assist VA Police with required and relevant force on force training, as well as de-escalation of individuals here at the Black Hills VAMC.
