Synopsis: The Village of Waldeck invites Contractor to provide a unit price bid to complete upgrades to the existing lagoon. Upgrades to the existing primary cell will include shaping, lining, repairing the berm and installing a transfer structure. The intent of this bid is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the following: Earthworks; Installation of Transfer Structure; Installation of HDPE Geomembrane Liner; and Topsoil and Seeding.
