The city of Ylöjärvi acquires purchase traffic on the basis of a personal transport license or a former public transport license in accordance with this request for tenders. The object of this acquisition is the acquisition of a shopping traffic service open to everyone in the Ylöjärvi city area with two by bus (49-seater cars). The contracts are concluded for the period 6 August 2026-3 June 2029 + possible option years 1+1. Viljakkala shopping service (line 87A) with a bus with at least 49 seats Shopping traffic is mainly used for the daily Viljakkala school for managing student transportation from/to Kyrönlahti and Mann. During the day, there are also lines between Viljakkala and the center of Ylöjärvi, as well as occasional other transports. The selected supplier must have the capabilities of the acquired traffic to connect the Tampere public transport ticket and to the payment system. Appendix 2 provides a more detailed description of the necessary ticket and payment system. Offers must be made in gross amounts without evaluating and deducting the share of box office revenue. As means of payment ticket products of Tampere public transport or ticket products defined by the city of Ylöjärvi, such as display tickets, are used for purchasing traffic. Ticket revenue belongs to the buyer. The share of ticket revenue is deducted from the total amount of the monthly invoice.
