Project demolition includes removal of existing plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, vanities, suspended ceiling tiles, 2 x 4 light fixtures and ceramic floor tile. New construction includes reinstallation of 6 wall hung toilets, 2 urinals, installing new HDPE toilet partitions, new 1- x 2- floor ceramic tile, new 1- x 2- wall ceramic tile over new cement board, new Bradley 3 sink vanities, new 2 x 4 LED light fixtures, new 2 x 2 suspended ceiling tiles and new 7- x 3--6” metal framed mirrors. Add Alternate: Includes providing new toilets, urinals, automatic flush values and removal of existing 1- x 1- ceramic wall tile and gyp. bd.
