This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP).2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 January 17, 2025.3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339910 ?Jewelry and Silverware Manufacturing, ? and the PSC code is 8455 ?Badges and Insignia.? The small business size standard is 700. This requirement will be solicited as a small business set-aside.4.
