The objective of this tender is the hiring of a video service to serve the users (natural and/or legal) or potential users or users of the benefits, instruments and programs of the National Training and Employment Service, hereinafter Sence. HeRequirement includes hiring a software, its implementation, maintenance, support and automated attention, through an interactive system that allows users to connect with the care personnel in a virtual conversation through transmission in time transmissionReal video, sound and text through the Internet.
