The object of the acquisition is video production services, including production services for live online video broadcasts. Video production services can be large-scale "turnkey" productions, partial project management, services of professionals in the field, which are needed for the conceptualization of the production unit, planning and implementation or other video communication and production services that can be agreed upon separately.
