Tenders Are Invited For Video Production

Production of video film Important points: 1 - Please separate the value added tax from the project value in your quotation. 2 - Please be required to price each of the items included in the system 3 - The Ministry has the right to divide the business as needed and requirements, and once participating in practice, the company recognizes the approval of the division according to the interest of work. 4. There is no model for financial offer. Companies may use their own form. Evaluation criteria: - Maai facilityEvaluation is conducted with the RFP through which suppliers are evaluated. General Remarks: - Upon subscription, you acknowledge that the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (4) of 2019 and its annexes has been read, and all items and laws of the Ministry have been approved. - Participating companies should include their prices and pricing of each item on the federal financial system. The technical offer must be attached separately from the financial offer in the federal financial system.- Financial offer: all costs in detail and the offer should be stamped with the company stamp with a copy of the bank guarantee on the system. - Artistic presentation: in detail with pictures to request. - No offer will be received manually except bank guarantee. Other documents Participating companies should attach the following documents: - Copy of your company`s trade license.For the project the automatic offer will be excluded. - A copy of the company`s memorandum of association certified by the notary public. - A letter of authorization to sign contracts on behalf of the company certified by a notary public.
