Description : Cloud-based Video Conferencing Platform for One (1) Year: 1 LOT
Purpose:
The purpose of procuring the twelve (12) month subscription to a cloud-based video conferencing platform will be used by IPOPHL in conducting virtual meetings and online training.
Technical Requirements:
The cloud-based video conferencing platform must have the following:
• Must have eight user licenses with up to 100 participants per meeting
• Must have ten user licenses with up to 300 participants per meeting
• Must have two licenses with to 500 participants per meeting
• Must have two webinar licenses with up to 500 attendees per webinar
• All licenses must have 30-hour meeting duration
• All meeting user licenses are capable of having unlimited meetings during the subscription period.
• Webinar license capable of having unlimited webinars during the subscription period.
• Both meeting and webinar licenses support local and 10 GB cloud recordings per license.
• Both meeting and webinar licenses must have a 1-year subscription period from the date of activation.
