The purpose of the contract is to pay comprehensive, coordinated and specialized attention, to the victims of crime and give answers to their specific needs in the general, legal, psychological and social areas, through an interdisciplinary intervention of its technical team, under the protectionof the provisions of the
regulations cited, Law 4/2015, of April 27, Royal Decree 1109/2015, of December 11, and the Andalusian decree 375/2011, of December 30, within the scope of the province of Malaga.
The specific objectives in accordance with the provisions of section 2.2 of the PPT thatThis this contract governs are the following:
1. Prevent all forms of victimization and promote the protection of victims of crimes in the procedural field.
2. Ensure and promote the rights of victims before the criminal justice system, offering detailed information in a languagesimple and affordable about what their rights are and how to exercise them.
3. Ensure and promote the rights of victims regardless of whether they are part of a criminal process or have decided or not exercise any kind of action, and even prior to the initiation of the criminal process.
4. ApproachJustice to citizens, promoting attention, information and guidance on issues related to the administration of justice.
5. Inform and guide the functions of SAVA through the informative and preventive activity of all forms of victimization.
