VIBO department 127, Runddelen - Main contract tender This tender notice applies to the renovation task at VIBO's department 127, Runddelen, located at the following addresses at Nørrebro, 2200 Copenhagen N: •Hunting road 103A-103E + 105A-105C + 107A-107E, •Thorsgade 8A-8E + 40-44 + 46A-46B. Rundelen is a general housing section built in 1982, with 6 blocks, 3 common courtyards and a common parking area. The project consists of extensive renovation works based on a physical overall plan for the department. The renovation is carried out with public support and is subject to the legislation applicable to such cases with associated circulars and instructions. The tender for the main contract is carried out as a tender with negotiation in accordance with Sections 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. Note that the Ordering Party reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offer, without conducting negotiations. Reservations are also made for expanding the number of negotiation rounds.
