The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of additional property settlement. The subject of the award is the construction of water works - main drainage facilities (hereinafter referred to as "HOZ") in the c.ú. Moravská Loděnice, municipality of Bohuňovice, district of Olomouc, which are registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended of later regulations, owned by the state and under the jurisdiction of the SPÚ as follows: - "HMZ Moravské Loděnice", ID 5060000019-11201000, open channel with a total length of 3, 570 km, year of acquisition 1920 - "HMZ Moravské Loděnice", ID 5060000020-11201000, open channel with a total length length 1, 900 km, year of acquisition 1920 The subject of the valuation will be part of the construction of the water works HOZ ID 506_019 with a total length of 25 m and part of the construction of the water works HOZ ID 506_020 with a length of 24 m.
