Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire COURIER SERVICES to include personnel, equipment, and transportation for the delivery of Laboratory Specimens, supplies and mail from Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in W Lafayette, IN, Terre Haute, IN, Edinburgh, IN, Bloomington, IN, Martinsville, IN, Indianapolis, IN, and Shelbyville, IN to the Veteran Health Indiana (Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center), 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The contractor shall ensure the confidentiality of all patient information on laboratory samples being transported. The VA anticipates awarding a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), for one base year and four (4) option years, for a total of five (5) years of service, if all options are exercised. NAICS code 492110 and Size Standard of 1, 500 employees applies.The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be July 17, 2024, with a due date of July 31, 2024. Questions must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer no later than 13:00 EST July 26, 2024.The point of contact for this RFQ is Tiera Sims Contract Specialist, Network Contracting Office 10, email tiera.sims@va.gov.
