The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Health Indiana VA Health Care System in accordance with RFO 6.302-2, Urgent and Compelling, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with All American Express Solutions LLC for VHI Courier Services 6 Month Bridge. NAICS 492110 applies, the small business size standard is 1500 employees.
Contractor shall provide lab and pharmacy courier services to the Veteran Health Indiana VA Health Care. January 15, 2026, through July 14, 2026 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
