Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C10X24Q0076. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, effective February 23, 2024, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) (See Sections C and E herein). The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, and the business size standard is $15.0 million. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following service: VHA Clinical Online Training CoursewareSee Attachment A Questioner Template The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The anticipated Period of Performance will be a (12) month base period with three 12-month option periods. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
