This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular (fac) 2005-95 (01/13/2017). The solicitation number for this requirement is w91zlk-17-t-0213. This requirement is being competed as a brand name volume graphics, 100% small business set-aside. The associated north american industry classification system (naics) code 511210 which has a business size standard of $38.5m. The government contemplates the award of a firm-fixed-price (ffp) purchase order to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
