VFN - Shredding and disposal of documents and data •The subject of the performance of the public contract (VZ) is the commitment of the selected supplier to provide services for the client in the field of removal and physical disposal of documents subject to protocol shredding, including related services (so-called other services). •The subject of the public contract is to ensure the safe disposal of documents containing personal data, including documentation containing special categories of personal data (e.g. medical records), in a way that makes their recovery impossible content. •Services consist in the shredding and disposal of VFN documents and data and include in particular: a) removal and disposal of documentary documents from regular shredding - safe handling, removal and physical disposal of documents on the basis of the shredding procedure according to Act no. 499/2004 Coll., on archiving and file service and the amendment of some laws, as amended, and the authorization of the National Archives in Prague. b) removal and disposal of documents (other data carriers) from regular shredding - safe handling, removal and physical disposal documents (other data carriers - see Appendix No. 1 - Technical and organizational conditions) on the basis of the shredding procedure according to Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archiving and file service and the amendment of certain laws, as amended, and the permission of the National Archives in Prague. c) removal and disposal of documentary documents not subject to shredding - safe handling, removal and physical disposal of documents from normal shredding d) removal and disposal of documents (others carry...
