The subject of the performance of the public contract is the commitment of the selected contractor to provide services for the client in the field of waste management, i.e. collection, collection and removal of hazardous waste in the hazardous waste incinerator, including related services (so-called other services) in in accordance with the wording of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and its implementing regulations as amended, from the premises of the General Faculty Hospital in Prague. Driving distance from the contractor's premises U nemocnice 499/2, 128 08 Prague 2 to the hazardous waste incinerator must not exceed 120 km. See the tender documentation for details.
