1) The Province of Negros Occidental through the GoP - 2025 20% Provincial Development Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for THE PURCHASE OF VETERINARY PRODUCTS FOR THE USE OF VET of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
