INVITATION: The Secretary of State in the Security Office, within the framework of the provisions of the Contracting Law of the State of Honduras and its Regulations, you are kindly invited to present a formal offer to participate in the Minor Purchase process No. CM-GA-2026-DNSPF-005-086, whose purpose is: “HICKING VETERINARY SERVICE FOR CANINES ASSIGNED TO THE K9 UNIT OF THE DIRECTORATE NATIONAL BORDER POLICE SERVICES" II.
